Does this mean that any hope for Carton is gone ?
I doubt we are even in the running, I would be surprised if he doesn't end up at one of the Blue Bloods.

You saying Shaver is a racist...[emoji57][emoji41]Wow, that was faster than expected. And without the dramatic press conference, too.

No ceremonial thigh touch by Shaver? What kind of announcement is that?
Randy Shaver? I must have missed this topic/joke?

Ah...thanks for the clarification. I don't recall what Reid Travis did.I was more thinking about the Reid Travis press conference to announce his commitment to Stanford. Either way, at least Terry did it low-key.
The way Terry’s announcement was written I couldn’t tell if he’s going the Marcus Carr route and declaring without hiring an agent to preserve his eligibility, or if he’s all-in after a year. Anybody know?

For those looking for context:
Go Gophers!!
He doesn't want to be criticized by the GH posters like Carr was....lolAmbiguous. He's grateful and going to give it 100%. I'll just say if 100% effort and a suggestion he has more to work on comes, he will get another year of Stanford education.
he gone. He's getting legit 1st round buzz and may even move up into the early 20's. Seems like the word is the kid has definite NBA level skill and the only thing keeping him back is his physical profile but that will likely improve. He's not physically mature yet.
maayybe. Tre's thing is he has pretty much everything else teams love other than the shot. If Tyus and Tre were combined they'd be an easy 10 year starter in the league lolHe's a guy that organizations like the Spurs or Raptors will love. Efficient offensively and extremely cerebral. He could go ahead of Tre Jones which is crazy to think 2 years ago.

I doubt Tre drops that far. I've seen him anywhere from late lottery to late 20s. Thing is I think he's pretty 'safe'. Tre's gonna play in the league a long time because teams absolutely know he's going to defend guards and wings, he'll run an offense and be smart with the ball. Even if the shot gets to league average he'll be a very usable player.Agreed and Tre will get drafted, but I think he's a 2nd round guy where Terry is moving into the 1st rounds for some and he will probably benefit from no combine lol.
