Tre joins the list of recent Duke players who never played in a Final 4. Dukies haven’t played in one since 2015.

He sure did not get all the things he was hoping for but he did win a ACC conference tourney title, won defensive player of the year and was player of the year in the ACC, got to a elite 8, went 57-12. plus got to play in a ton of national tv games, got to play in the Duke-UNC game, one if which he pulled out of a hat to become a legend on tobacco road. Plus, in his mind coach K got him to the NBA. Hell, Duke has not won the ACC regular season title since 2010 !

If there's one positive that came from the NCAA Tournament getting canceled, it's that we didn't have to watch Duke play another game.

I tend to think this year's Duke team was ripe for an early upset, but given the unpredictability of this entire season, who's to say this one wouldn't have gone to the Final 4? That would've been horrible.

Glad to see Jones gone from Duke - he ruined that UNC-Duke game earlier this year (with the help of pathetic play by UNC) and I look forward to the Blue Devils having more nondescript one-and-done types instead that make them a pile of whatever.
