All things Players Coming and Going.

People not believing the numbers we knew about for other high end players being 250K ish months ago
"We knew about"??. I have asked you multiple times what PSU, MSU, and Michigan NIL amount was compared to Minnesota's NIL amount and you did not reply one time. It's because you had no idea what the amounts were at these schools.

Boisvert got 200K. I knew that from a source close to UND's team. We all know PSU and MSU have much bigger pockets than BU cuz of Pegula and Magic Johnson

You are avoiding the question. I asked you what PSU, MSU and Michigan NIL numbers are compared to Minnesota's. If you dont know just admit it.

Of course I don't know the exact numbers but if you think MN is even close to PSU MSU, enjoy your denial sandwich and mediocrity.

i have never heard of him donating for college hockey. Pegula absolutely.

there's also been stuff floated that we paid our 1st line 500k. no one really "knows" the numbers other than what's speculated. McMahon is usually pretty plugged in, but until this all hits the publicly reported records, which are supposedly coming, it's hard to say. That said, I'd expect these upper tier guys are definitely getting well into 6 figures on top of their scholarships if we're looking at significant enough money its going to sway where you're going. And I don't blame any of the players for doing it as the top 10 programs all have awesome facilities, fan bases, rinks, etc. I've heard some ripping that PSU has put no one in the NHL and so on. Well PSU moved to D1 10 years ago, so yeah that would make sense and they get the joy of the deepest pocket books in college hockey who are willing to pay to give you the resources to develop.

No one knows the full detail of how much NIL each of these guys are getting at this point. We should, in theory, soon though. Anyone who claims otherwise is lying. We may know a couple of guys' deals, but that in no way says what a schools budget is in total

Don't recall where but heard from one of the better college hockey sources some time last year that he is supporting hockey as well. He likes hockey.

Had heard of him having interest in the nhl level for ownership and donating very heavily to bball (From Izzo interviews). Would certainly be a nice deal for them if he’s giving directly to hockey rather than just their general NIL fund

Thank you for finally admitting you dont know the numbers. I have no idea if we are close to PSU or MSU because i have never heard of the numbers.

You should have said "your denial sandwich, with a side of mediocrity." You kind of started a restaurant metaphor and then just stopped.

I know it is nitpicking, but if you are going to be the mean, depressive guy on this board about the hockey program, you gotta really stick the landings, if you know what I mean.

You expect the Gophers to be the best and that is understandable. But you have to take your own advice first and be the best angry internet guy.
