Thought it would be interesting to see how the bullpen has been fairing as it’s improved overall to me. Based on the numbers, it’s not great, but at a minimum respectable.
Gomez is looking like a legit closer.
Morris is a contributor and likely future setup man with lively stuff.
Banda has been very good, once it got warmer and a good FA signing.
Orze is solid and pretty dependable.
My guess is once Abel is activated. That Joey Lawrence with be cut.
inside the pen has us ranked as the 24th and ahead of Detroit and KC.

We’ve converted 21/31 save opportunities; Gomez is 6 out of 6 IIRC. Other blown saves in the central - Guards 6, Chi 12, KC 16 & Det 17.
Our 5.32 ERA is dead last, but has been skewed by the tryouts we’ve conducted, and it takes some duds to find a gem or two.
