All Things 2025 NFL Draft

One of the guys on the NFL network made a good point. This far into the draft you’re looking more for backup and developmental QBs. I can’t see him being very good in that role.

I disagree with that mentality. You should always be drafting players who could be starters someday. Even Sanders knows no one is giving him a starting job at this point.

Do you remember Sean Salisbury?

A backup QB, with the wrong attitude,
(And he was just competitive) can tear apart the fabric of a team.

He's a circus. Could you imagine if he was backing up JJ with the Vikings? Distractions are not good.

It's clear to me Sanders comes across extremely entitled so I'm not sure your last sentence is that accurate.

watching espn blow up with him slipping, it would be the same thing as tebow mania. they will cover him constantly and i can see many teams not wanting that

I don't think a team with a young QB like the Vikings should draft him. But there are plenty of teams that have journeymen QBs or a good veteran that should roll the dice on him to sit and learn.

A good coach/organization can handle the circus and coach him up. I don't think he's dumb or entitled enough to not come out of this a lot more humble.

The odds of these day 3 picks being good is low anyways. His talent outweighs the upside of most other prospects at this stage.

I would hate to be the Starting quarterback of the team that picks him. Every backup is the next big thing, but the calls to start him will be deafening.

I'm surprised the Raiders have not taken the chance. Seems like a Pete Carroll move to me.

What happened to the seeming pressing need for more CB depth??? Are we gonna roll with Duke Shelly forever???
The drafted a G and DE/DE that they desperately needed. Then they traded back to get a desperately needed backup QB.

They're doing just fine. Take a Xanax.

You first, Desperately!!

CB has been listed as a much bigger need in any of the draft reports I’ve read as a position of need, especially since only Murphy returns from the 4 Corners who played the most snaps last season IRC, so there’s that!!!

I just flipped on sports center quickly between periods of the avs stars game (I know stupid of me to even bother).

The two anchors talked about how the NFL should be ashamed of itself, and maybe even an investigation launched, relating to Shedeur’s slide in the draft. The other guy talked about how much character Shedeur showed throughout the process.

Excuse me while I clean the vomit from my living room floor.

I actually want more info on Shedeur Sander's birthday party, that none of his teammates attended. That should be a 30 for 30 EPSN episode.

They're going to sign Asante Samuel Jr
