I agree. All the signs are there for him to fail, miserably. But I guess the X-factor is, can Ben Johnson get him to put his head on straight and figure things out. It wouldn't shock me if he does, but at that point, is the ceiling much better than a top 12-15 QB? I think there's an almost zero chance he ever becomes a Top 5 QB in the league, but stranger things have happened.

Absolutely agree. Holding the ball waiting for wide open windows and receivers was what he did last year. Not the easiest thing to become good at.

If he gets past PIT at 21, I think it's quite likely that CLE, NYG or LV trade back into the end of the 1st Round to take him.

My money would be on CLE. They have tons of Draft capital, need a starting QB on a Rookie contract with the Watson fiasco and could pair him up with Hunter for familiarity purposes.

I know about the "best player available" concept, and the needs of each team, but are they a little heavy on tight ends so far. I would much rather have a great pass rusher, WR or QB. I hope that a couple of Gophers get selected.
