All Things 2025 Minnesota Vikings In-Season Thread

Lmao if you think you’d get that for any of them at this point. Darrisaw your best bet now is injury prone.
Addison would for sure. Grenard maybe. Darrisaw probably not, but I'd still do it for a 2nd.

I’m happy that they’re still playing hard and look forward to our softer schedule over the next three weeks and a couple of Ws

Skol to any of you tankers

Addison is worth about a 2nd rounder in pretty much any nfl chatter. Is the problem of he hasn’t ever done it as a 1 in the nfl so he’s going to dropped a peg in trade circles unless you get him on a friendly deal contract wise for extra years which we don’t have

The other 2 won’t get you close on their contracts and greenard has taken a big dip in production and his PFF stats this year

The contracts aren't that bad for the acquiring team since the Vikings have to eat the signing bonus.

Does KOC have control of this team.

8 false starts........defensive offsides all day today.

Ingram-Dawkins is no drop off from Allen. Brandel/Jurgens played most of the season at center anyway and Brandel was decdent and Jordan Mason can be RB1 without Jones.

If they're that deep on the DL then why did they spend so much money on Allen and Hargrave? They are the top 2 reasons why the cap situation is bad for next season.

Cutting Allen only saves 4 million. Hargrave is older and would save 11 million so he would make more sense.

Jordan Mason is a change of pace #2 back. He's not a #1 back or he'd be playing more over Jones.

They're also not trading Darrisaw. That would cost them nearly 44 million against the cap next year. Not happening.

Every pass McCarthy or Brosmer throw down the middle is air mailed.

So frustrating.

The young players are better than expected, the old guys are worse.

I thought it was the other way around. Yes you would cut Hargrave then.

He's not really change of pace. Jones is a better pass catcher but there's no reason he can't be a #1.

Probably have to designate it post June 1. I don't know if that means you can't get a 2026 draft pick or not. I don't necessarily want to trade him but there's some sort of disconnect with him.

Wentz just cannot pull the trigger. Let Brosmer have a shot.

We now have tangible evidence as to why KOC stuck with Wentz over Brosmer even though he was braced up like a mummy.

Max is not ready for prime time.

Outside of the awful 4th down play, he hasn't really been any worse than Wentz was against the Chargers.

In my many decades of watching viking Football football........I've never seen anything like this.

It's like a dream.

Ryan Kelly now out injured (I'm shocked). 60% of the Oline now out again.

Umm, yeah...that awful 4th Down play resulted in Game Over.

Yet another pick

Darnold showing why giving him huge $$$ wasn't the move either. Vikings will have to go back to their roots as a home for old QB's with 2-3 years left.

Got maybe the best defensive effort of the season today, too. Waste.
