For the fellow science fiction nerds out there the first 2 episodes completely blew me away. It sucks that they're only releasing 1 episode per week the rest of the season.

Crash scene was pretty good. Willie wonka like character. Probably will go back to reruns of 24.

Really been looking forward to this one. Figured that it was in good hands with Noah Hawley running the show. Expectations through one episode have remained very high. Loved the throwback 70s aesthetic with the first scenes. Clearly Hulu has invested some good money into this. Along with the widescreen presentation....it looks like a movie. Lots of intriguing ideas here. Saving the second episode for tomorrow night.

Also....I prefer to think of myself as a science fiction dork.

Watched the first two (2) episodes last night and enjoyed them greatly as a Horror/SciFi nerd. He doesn't have a big role (thus far) but I'm always a big fan of Timothy Olyphant.

Crushing the closing credits with Dio and Tool sealed the deal for me.

Wait, closing credits were Black Sabbath and then Stinkfist. But I was super happy they broke the 25 year history of dropping 1950s 60s pop songs over a modern scene.

Show's pretty awesome so far. Agree on Olyphant. And the needle drop going into the end credits? Yeah.....Stinkfist can make bold helvetica text credits feel very menacing.
