Al Nolen has plantar fasciitis, could miss six weeks

Right after Myron posted this, Marcus tweeted that he had heard Al would be back "Very soon" and someone else apparently said he'd be back longer than Myron's estimate. So, in conclusion, who knows?

this is basically a problem caused by poor shoes and support, many sports shoes break down in a very short time and should be constantly changed out. surprised Tubby doesn't require everyone to use new shoes every three or four games

The late John Wooden (in his book They Call Me Coach) frequently emphasized the importance of proper wearing of shoes and socks to his players.

Didn't Jeff Hagen have plantar fasciitis?

Overuse and extension of the foot can cause it. Your conditioning exceeds what the muscle can handle. I used to get it doing mile repeats on a treadmill training for Marathons. When I got to x number of repeats at a certain pace it would occur like clockwork.

Yah! And everytime I open my eyes, you're giving me the finger?
