I'm looking at going to the Illinois game before I go back to school from Thanksgiving break. Does anyone have any advice as to where I should try to get my tickets? (Section-wise I mean)
EDIT:
I've found tickets in what is called "Chairback seating". What is that? I'm not for sure getting these just what i've found.

Chairback seating is in between the goallines. Normal seats like you'd have in the dome. Everything else is a standard bleacher seat. No backs, unless the people in those seats have paid the U to put in temporary seat backs.

I found tickets in Section 107 that I like. Anyone know if that's a good section people wise? Oh, they also include parking for the Oak Street Ramp, which one is that on the parking map?

107 is only a few sections down from me, not sure on the people, but I believe there tends to be more opposing teams' fans there than normal (as that's the section right next to the opposing team's tunnel).

As far as the Oak Street Ramp, I have no clue. I'd have to look at a map. There's probably more than a few of us here that know and/or park in that ramp regularly that could give better info than I.

Thanks Formo. I was going to go with Section 144 (directly across from 107 and same price) but the 107 tickets include the parking pass.

Oak Street Ramp is the one a block south of Washington Avenue. Short walk on what could be a cool day.

Not sure if you were planning to buy the parking pass for Oak St., but I have a parking pass for that ramp. It's close to the stadium - two blocks south in between Ontario and Oak. The traffic before the game is ok but it's awful afterwards (last year I made the mistake of going straight to the car after games, and I'd end up sitting in my car for 30+ minutes in that ramp). Unless you leave the game early, I suggest letting the traffic thin out before you leave. Personally, I'll stop off at Campus Pizza for a beer and pizza, as it's basically right across the street from the ramp.

The parking pass would come with the tickets. I'm not buying them quite yet though, have to be sure everything works out.

Make sure you're getting a good deal on them. With it being Thanksgiving weekend, there will be TONS of tickets available. I was even giving free ones away on Twitter for the Iowa game. The closer you get to the game, the cheaper they'll get.

Thanks for the advice and I wish I would've been able to get those free ones you were giving away! Being this far away for school is kinda crappy.
