God Bless the Ignore Function...
No. What you wrote was: "I'm pretty sure Brewster's network helped get Weber some looks in the NFL... maybe even called in a favor..."
Big difference between "I wouldn't be surprised" and "I'm pretty sure..."
Thaill was a personal Pantherhawk for Weber when he was a Gopher so none of this is a surprise. Weber will have grandchildren some day and thailleagle will be there to let everyone know how much better the other grandpas are.
Weber had a good career. Having a different O coordinator every year and some of the worst O lines in U history handcuffed him, but he had some memorable games and cashed a few NFL paychecks. Good for him.
I don't have anyone on "Ignore List". If I did, I would miss out on too many $hits and giggles, but then again I would also have fewer "shake my head" concussions.

Dude is really embarrassing himself with this.
I did not hate Weber... & I agree he did have some memorable games but I just never thought he was very good... his mechanics were subpar... his inability to throw the ball away was frustrating & his accuracy was below average...
Not a personal attack on him as a person... but as a Big Ten Starting QB... just thought he was "meh"...
And welcome...
Thanks for your analysis, but some NFL scouts tend to disagree. Mechanics and accuracy couldnt have been that bad if NFL teams have kept him around this long. Practice squad or not. Much better than 95% of college QB's that enter the NFL.
Annnnnd you are welcome
Yet he got cut twice...
95% only get cut once and never get a second look. By the way how's Q doing with the niners no chance in hell he will play qb
