Saw this list on a badger board. The U is in pretty good shape. Right behind Arkansas, USC, Oregon, and Florida State. Revenues should not be an excuse. It would be interesting to see however where the money is spent in this group.

Is this just revenue from operations or does this include charitable gifts and donations? The U is way behind other big ten schools in donations and gifts.
