Passed away today after he suffered a fall last month. He brought this then teenager in the 70’s many hours of listening to KISS. Rest in Peace Ace

I had a pair like that it, roughly 84/85. Good chance they were 2nd hand.

Mine were silver with black and red stripes. My Dad got them for me because he was a huge KISS fan at the time. I had no idea who they were and always thought they were a replica of the Tin Man's boots.

At times, I miss being 7 years old.

Mine were grey with blue and red stripes.
I actually still had them up to about 15 years ago. No idea what happened to them.
