The academic turnaround under Kill was great, and the even greater success under PJ is nothing short of astonishing. Before that, the Gophers spent several decades usually toward the bottom of the Big Ten in terms of football academic success. And now the Gophers are in Northwestern territory. Well done!
 

When Kill took over weren't we about to lose some scholarships because of his predecessors lack of emphasis on academics? Kill did a great job and PJ even more so. Awesome!

Exactly ! This is a phenomenal positive story about athletes succeeding in the classroom. Another reason I am a supporter of PJF and MN is emphasizing the student athlete.
 





This is what will eventually lead to PJ being one of the greatest Minnesota football coaches ever...lets chat again in 10 years.
