Sorry for another tickets sold thread, just interesting to me.
Mike Grimm said in an interview today that the Gophers were "a few hundred" away from selling their 8,000 allotment.
I'm guessing our crowd is a little larger than what we had at the Citrus Bowl a few years ago. I hope it's much bigger. Tons buy secondary I know.
It is a long and spendy trip for MN fans, that's what kept me home.
I am still holding out to make a Rose Bowl trip someday. A friend from Wi looked hard into going and he eventually found he could go for $1,500. A three day hotel stay was mandatory any place close he said.
