When GopherHole.com started it's "Where are they now?" series, we knew our 1st story had to be with Murray Warmath. Coach Warmath invited us to his nursing home, where Rob Litt sat down with him, they talked for over an hour, and shared great memories about the Gophers. Coach Warmath also showed us his memory book and coaching awards that he kept in his nursing home room. Please see below our interview with Coach Warmath:

Warmath: I don’t get to many games any more because of my health, but I think Glen Mason is doing a great job.

Interesting.

Interesting.

Interview was February 2004, so this was coming off the 10-3 2003 season with a win over Oregon in a bowl game. So I think most people would have said the same thing.

Thanks for playing, and paying attention.
