7 P5 wins in the 2021 season ties the 2019 season for the most in a Gophers regular season since the 1960s. The 2019 team picked up #8 in the bowl game, and here's hoping this squad does the same.

I mean this one depends on how the Gophers do in the bowl game. At this point this is about 4th, behind 2019, 2003, 1999, imo. Could jump 1999 with a bowl win…

Among P5 schools only Georgia, Alabama, Ohio State, Michigan, Iowa, Michigan State, Oregon, Utah, Wake Forest, Oklahoma, Oklahoma St, and Baylor won more conference games this year than Minnesota did.

I've been tough on PJ (deservedly) for some of his in-game calls, I'm no fan of Sanford, but yes, Fleck seems to have us on the right trajectory. Here's to hoping he can be our Barry Alvarez.
