Gotta hire the right coach. Wisconsin will win a Natty before Gophers. 21 years, that is pathetic. Coyle not looking good with his hires in the major sports.
 




Honestly, while ending the season always sucks, I can’t be mad about how the team brought it tonight. BU is simply a more talented team. We knew we’d have to play nearly perfect to beat them. We don’t, but our guys battled hard and came up inches short.

There's been a Minnesota team in the championship the past six years. Going to break that streak this year though.

State of Hockey.......Wild pissing away another season, Men's and Women's hockey underachieving, again, Ugh. Was thinking last year had to be the year for either or both of the M & W teams. Was expecting both to make it to their respective Frozen Fours this year.
 


Out coached again. Motzko had some great teams in St. Cloud and choked when the number one seed. The Gophers blew the championship last year when ahead and ahead 2-0 tonight and blow what is basically a home game. Ridiculous. The women's team has fallen behind Ohio State and WIsconsin which is embarrasing. Add Volleyball which may never recover and you have mens basketball. These are some lean times.

Tough year. In the end, the Gophers showed that they are a good team, but not a great team due to their lack of consistency all year. I really thought tonight would be a good night for us, but you have to admit that Boston has a great team and the Gophers did the best they could. Yes, mistakes were made tonight, but lets not point fingers or call out players by name.

Yes we've taken a step back in a few sports when you look at the final standings in the sports mentioned. Unfortunately I agree with you maroonfive.

They are not kids.

Jimmy Snuggerud quit on his teammates and it happened around New Years.
 


Tough year. Definitely a different team and more challenging than last year. Gophs will reload and be there again next year.
