Also keep in mind, Brew had a big advantage in having a new Stadium to sell and he still hasn't gotten better players on the field than what Mason got. Brew's an overrated recruiter (average at best) and a poor coach. He'll be gone soon.

What an ignorant TROLL!!! When you can't argue facts---idiots like you resort to name calling.

You want to qualify any of your previous statements with actual facts? Or are you just trying to stir s&$^ up here?

You pad your recruiting stats with 4 stars who have trouble getting qualified.
You are not a great recruiter despite your own hype.
You haven't even proven that you can outrecruit Mason.

Go for it. Show us that you actually have something to say worthwhile. Give some shred of proof any of these statements have any weight.

Are you that ignorant of reality? Mason got guys who could play at a high level--and Brew gets guys who have more stars, but haven't shown yet they can play.

Mason's defenses couldn't compete on a high level at all, even when they only had to be on the field for 1/3 of each game.

You are nearing legendary status with how dumb your posts come off as. Try for some substance once in a while.

Good luck with that. Take away his "FIRE MATURI" and "FIRE BREWSTER" posts and well, he doesn't really have any.

Well, Brew's offense couldn't score on Mason's defense and Mason's offense could score all day on Brew's D.

Yes, Indeed. Getting a new AD and a new coach are the most important topics for this board. No apologies needed.

I don't remember the time machine game that pitted these two squad against each other. Hmmm.

Love that you ignored my challenge for facts or thoughtful insight into your outlandish statements.
It's clear you have nothing to contribute.
Goodbye.

I can see you can't refute my points, so you just make personal attacks. What a joy you are!! :)

Something smelled about the Green situation. I doubt this is a decommit as much as it is a situation where he could not get into school or had some other similar type of issue. If this kid had everything in order and is as talented as the guru's think, he would not be going to Toldeo.

I would not blame Brewster for his deal at all. Did I just say that?

I didn't attack you in any of my posts. You posted several points without any facts or insightful thoughts behind them, I asked you for clarification or qualification of your points. You gave me a hypothetical game between our team 4 years ago and our team now. Show me where I'm off.

For kicks(and against my better thoughts)

-He's had 2 4 star non qualifiers Vince Hill and Lispcomb. Recruiting stats are primarily for fans, I serious doubt he recruits kids just to salivate over what rivals or scout thinks about his incoming class.

You are not a great recruiter despite your own hype.
-He's delivered talented recruits ever since he's gotten here. His own hype? He prides himself and his staff with their tireless recruiting, that's ok isn't it?

You haven't even proven that you can outrecruit Mason.
-Yes he has. He's gotten meaningful contributions from freshmen and sophmores in his first 2 recruiting classes. Imagine how bad the season would have been if the 08 and 09 classes had been as bad as the 05 and 06 classes. The difference in quality is staggering.

Well, Brew's offense couldn't score on Mason's defense and Mason's offense could score all day on Brew's D.
-Again, impossible to calculate, I would gather the 09 squad would actually match up quite well with the 06 squad, considering they both had a 6-7 record and the 09 squad played a much tougher schedule.

LOL. You said nothing worthwhile or thoughtful and without supporting facts, but just want to stir things up.

Lets compare where Mason was compared to Brewer in his third year. Mason was 5-3 in Big Ten versus Brew's 3-5. Mason was ranked 5 weeks, Brew none. Mason won at Iowa and at Penn State. Brew didn't beat any ranked teams. None of Brew's recruits made all Big Ten, yet Mason had several underclassmen make all Big Ten by his third year.

What have Brew's best recruits done so far? Gray has been a dissapointment. Carpenter has been a bust. Big Play Tre was one of the most ridiculed player on the Board. Brandon Green has been ok, but nothing special.

"He's delivered talented recruits ever since he's gotten here." That's a fluff statement. Good job.

Your bar for "meaningful contributions" is set so low, that if they breathed they would qualify. How many All Big Tens? Brew's first three classes don't measure up to that of Mason's. You make some ridiculous comparison to classes of your choosing and don't back up what you contend. Brew is underwhelming in all aspects of coaching and you have said nothing to refute that.

Mason. Is that the character that went 2-6 (BT) in year five after Wacker's recruits had all graduated?

Do you think Mason would've gone 5-3 in the Big Ten if 6-2 Michigan and 6-2 Michigan State were on the schedule in place of 1-7 Northwestern and 0-8 Iowa?

P.S. Brew's team was ranked in his second season
