OK - what is it with the CBS local websites ('CCO radio and TV)? For some reason (and this is the only site it happens on), when I go to those websites, i t looks like something from the early 90's tather than a true website. Looks more like an index with links but not a real web-page. Am I missing some kind of CBS/WCCO specific plug in? Anyone else have this problem?

What kind of browser are you using? It sounds like your browser is not applying either a master page or style sheet on load.

Just a plain old IE 8 but just tried Firefox as well and had the same issue.
