I watched his tape.....and don't get me wrong, I LOVE what Tanner did for us, but Philo (for a high school junior) looks like he has a lot more arm talent than Tanner does.

This kid looks all around better than tanner in my worthless opinion.. I'm really excited about this one

His stature and athleticism are what the podcaster was comparing the two by as well as intangibles from the sound of it. A stronger arm is the cherry on top!
