Depends totally on the hill. The greatest men's downhill is the course at Wengen (sorry all you Kitzbühel fans, the correct answer is Wengen).

You'll find no disagreement with you there.

In the first video you posted someone said Kitzbühel is the excitement, Wengen is the essence of skiing. Right on.

And I agree that the hill makes a huge difference. Bormio should be a good course, Beijing was a disaster, from slalom to DH, it was in horrible condition and had zero character.
