The portal is just dumb...College basketball is ridiculous in a bad way.

The portal itself is fine and a good concept. Where it really got screwed up was when they made every player an unrestricted free agent every year with free transfers and immediate eligibility. Then the money aspect got thrown on top of that to add an additional layer of insanity to the entire process.

The roster churn this has caused is a horrible thing for the sport.

Not really the NCAA's fault. Every time they try and challenge any of this they end up losing so their hands are tied and the stupidity expands to another level.

MSU needs perimeter shooters and a PG to spell Fears (who's a non-threat from outside). Sparty loses a lot, but have to think by accident they'll finish better than #317 in the country from 3. Sophomore Kur Teng is a guy to watch. Didn't get much run last season, but he'll be one of the guys they'll need to step up in Jase Richardson's absence.

Looks like he was a walk on at Gonzaga. Definitely needs to put on some weight. Gonzaga site says 190. Definitely can't teach 6'10" though so if he can be developed go for it.

I watched some of Lemke’s HS highlight video. Almost all of it was him shooting threes. Very little was him working inside or playing defense. Whomever put that video together did him no favors. Despite the need to add a couple of bigs, the video left me believing he can’t help this team in 25/26.
