Yesterday, none of our Gophers made the Final White Wave Roster. However, I feel the experience alone should be nothing but a plus in each of their individual development journey. Last year Shaff was in that top wave.

Saw someone on VT post this:

I watched a good chunk of the tryouts and was very impressed with Stella among the veteran players. She was obviously pretty nervous out there but she held her own and had some of the nicest hands out of the setters I saw. Her back sets are absolutely beautiful and a great connection with her hitters. As far as being a pure setter I think Stella has Shaff beat but it could come down to who plays the best defense between the two.

Wucherer still needs some more work on passing and defense but the effort is there and damn, that girl has a heavy swing. She thumped the ball a few times where I would not want to be on the defending end of that. Grote looked good too, steady and had some crafty shots but Lednicky was the best Opp from what I saw
