ROSEMONT, Ill. – The Big Ten Conference has released the game times and television outlets for the 2021 Big Ten Women’s Basketball Tournament that will be played March 9-13 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.

BTN will televise the first-round game at 5 p.m. (ET) Tuesday, March 9, as well as the first two second-round games on Wednesday, March 10 (at 11 a.m. ET and 25 minutes following the completion of the first game).

FS2 then takes over as the presenting television outlet and will show the remaining two second-round games on March 10, along with the quarterfinals on Thursday, March 11 and semifinals on Friday, March 12. This will mark the first time that tournament games will be televised nationwide on FS2.

All games televised on BTN and FS2 may also be seen on the FOX Sports app.

The Big Ten Women’s Basketball Tournament championship game tips off at 2 p.m. (ET) Saturday, March 13 and will be televised on ESPNU and the ESPN app.

Maryland is the defending tournament champion, winning its fourth title in 2020 with an 82-65 victory over Ohio State. OSU will not compete in this year’s Big Ten Women’s Basketball Tournament due to a self-imposed postseason ban.

Looks like "second class" treatment again on the majority of the TV broadcasts for the women's tournament. FS2 (streaming service), ESPNU......

Come on Big Ten....you can do better than this! And, yes, I know the men's tourney is happening at basically the same time at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indy.

FS2 is actually a tv channel.. 618 on DirecTV

Thanks for the additional info. But, I still think we're getting second class treatment for the women's tournament. The men are on BTN and CBS.

usually they aren't at the same time as I'm sure you know.. I'm just glad the women's tournament is on tv and not just on BTN+ like it was a few years ago
