Adekunle Ayinde #4.
I'm jumping the gun by 1 1/2 hours posting #4. This is one of my favorite plays of the last decade or so. After weeks of swirling controversy over "the incident", new AD, likelihood of a coach being run off.... it was a great moment to seal the Holiday Bowl victory.
This kid did everything you want a walk on to do. Work hard, stick with the program, add depth, do well in the classroom, and if called upon - give it you're all. He had some bad moments when first forced in the lineup when others went down and out, took his lumps, learned, earned a scholarship and ended up making some big plays for this team. I often saw him stay after practice with the D back coaches to improve his game. This play late in his last college football game was a great Gopher moment.
