I was pounding away trying to make the Rate bowl work with my schedule and it just won't work. Stinks if we get that one, I wanted to go to a bowl game this year but the 26th is just a terrible day to have it on with family and etc obligations.

I think you might want to look into improving your social media / news feed if you ever saw that ... you uh ... looking at the wrong stuff.

I think it was always up to the sponsor. The sponsors were the folks who were pushing the "look what we gave them" kinda info.

I've seen a few of these massive number announcements and while I'm sure there's an impact ... the whole massive sudden success rarely seems to come like you imagine it might. I suspect these donations are a lot more nuanced, maybe not even guaranteed and so on.

I think Corey got a big raise going to Miami, don't think he would have stayed at Rutgers either.

The assumption often is that these guys chose to leave and the coaches didn't want them to leave. It's also possible coaches had an honest conversation about where they see him in the future and he made his call and everyone is ok with this.
