I'm sure he is marketing for a big NIL deal. That is the way of college athletics now. Show a little improvement or development, bam Pay the big buck's. I'm sure Kansas will be all over this deal or even Duke.
I enjoyed game. They were off 19 days, good start but you could tell there was some rust. Thought Gophers were excited to play, and played with really good effort. Pacific did not have an answer for Sophie Hart. It was good thing band was back together again.
Kentucky must have really bumped Brooks salary significantly to leave VA Tech for the SEC. Kentucky has been afterthought in SEC for recruits. Hokies have a much bigger fan following and recent success.
Roads are in really rotten shape, especially side streets. Allow yourself some extra time driving in tonight, and everyone arrive safe at Williams Arena tonight. 94 is still fairly snow covered in St Paul side driving into Minneapolis.
Agreed this was the most competitive game of the tournament so far. Both teams had a chance to win in regulation before the OT. Stanford was more aggressive on offense and rebounded better in OT. Hopkins kid was good on the boards for Stanford when they needed some clutch rebounds. Impressive...
I believe you are correct. She looked pretty good for Oregon State. Nebraska survived Texas A&M. Should be a really good game between Oregon State and Nebraska in the second round.
I'm likely going to the game. Any chance they could get Fox9+ to carry the Big 10+ feed locally? I know they did this with Hockey. Would be nice if those that cannot make it could see the game. That time of year where a lot of people likely dumped there Big 10+ membership.
For all the complaining they the announcers did about the officiating I would like to see them put on a shirt and whistle. The MSHL actually pay's less for state tournament games than regular season games so the officials are almost volunteering a lot of time. You want better officials at least...
