    A coach that has won with the players they’ve recruited. Some of these “great” coaching candidates have moved around but have not necessarily won with kids they recruited.

    I think this would be a good year to hire a coach. Generally speaking I think programs will keep status quo if they were onthe fence in firing. We are beyond status quo people!
