How well did the Golden Gophers do while you were in college?

2019, 11-2, Won Outback Bowl 2020, 3-4 2021, 9-4, Won Guaranteed Rate Bowl 2022? In total, they have gone 23-10. There have been some lowlights (2019 Wisconsin, 2021 Bowling Green, and Illinois) but most games I've attended as an undergrad have been great. I have been lucky enough to go to 3...

    Parker Fox 2000-21 Highlights/Stats

Semi-related but I was looking for Ta'lon Cooper highlights and one of the top results on Youtube was his highlight tape from when he was 12 lol.

Houston Baptist DT transfer Kyler Baugh receives Gophers offer

This has nothing to do with this player but I love the fact that Houston Baptist plays right across from a CVS.

    2022 Transfer Portal Discussion

I watched Morehead State play a decent amount and Broome is a very good player. I hope Johnson reaches out to him, I would love to see him as a Gopher.

    2022 NCAA Tournament Thread

Oh man, first we get Richmond upsetting Iowa in the first round. However, a Gabe Kaleschur led Iowa State team upsetting Wisconsin in Milwaukee as the 11 seed is hard to top. I am so happy that we don't have to watch Brad play college basketball anymore. I wish him the best of luck in the Maple...

    2022 NCAA Tournament Thread

What in the world are these calls? Brad kicks his leg out and gets rewarded with 3 foul shots? Every out-of-bounds call is going Wisconsin's way as well. Come on Kaleschur let's go Cyclones.

***OFFICIAL PURDUE AT MINNESOTA IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

I get that it is a legal strategy but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. But if it works you might as well exploit it.

***OFFICIAL MINNESOTA AT wisconsin IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

Reporting live from enemy territory, the Kohl Center is nice but doesn’t have the charm the Barn has. Would love to come home with a win so let’s get it done! Ski U Mah and Go Gophers!

    International Gopher Football Game?

Not totally related but Drake played a team that consisted of all-stars from the Mexican CFB league in of all places, Africa. It was called the Kilimanjaro Bowl and it was the first CFB game in Africa. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2011_Kilimanjaro_Bowl

***OFFICIAL MINNESOTA AT MICHIGAN STATE IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

Against Indiana, the Gophers scored 4 points in the last 6 and a half minutes of the first half and then only scored 6 points in the last 9 minutes of the second half. That can't happen again if they want to beat Michigan State. Let's steal what would be a rare win in East Lansing. Ski U Mah!

Possible Schedule Changes for this Fall?

I like the moves. The schedule is a lot more balanced and having Iowa and Wisconsin in the last two weeks is fun.

    Future Non-Conference Opponents

I am not the first person to make this comment but next year's home slate isn't great. Our best game is Iowa which is in late September. Only having 2 home games after October 1st is also too bad. Back to the topic on hand, it would be fun to visit both BYU in 2025 and Mississippi State in 2027.

The axe at the Vikings game

I know that this is a very unpopular opinion and I get why but I still think it would be fun to have a Gopher football game at US Bank Stadium ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Storm the Field Roll Call!! Who was there and what was your favorite part?

It was so much fun to watch the team sprint to the axe and see the fans rush the field. Since my group was in the second deck of the student section we waited until things died down and then made our way down to the field. A horde of people came towards us and all of a sudden the axe was right...

    Indiana Rollcall

I know my friend and I are excited to be making the trip this weekend! Anyone else traveling down to Bloomington for the game? The weather is looking nice for the game and I can't complain about $6 tickets. Go Gophers and I hope there is a solid Gopher contingent at the game!
