Big Ten football 2025 win-loss record predictions for each team after spring practice

And Rutgers should have been a win last year, and they have less talent than we do and Cal will next season. Fleck will be Fleck and no matter how good or bad we are we will completely shit the bed in at least one game, often completely inexplicably. In his first few seasons we escaped games...

This says it all about the Gophers Football Program

The consistency with how inconsistent they are and how time together does not = a better Oline. Average rushing yards per carry the last three seasons: 2022: 4.6 yds/carry 5th in conf 2023: 4.1 yds/carry 8th in conf 2024: 3.7 yds/carry 14th in conf For a running team, when basically the Oline...

This says it all about the Gophers Football Program

I can agree that Fleck routinely fields offensive OLs.

Yikes: This has to be the most awkward NC HC Bill Belichick interview he's ever done...😳 Something strange is going on with Jordon Hudson.

what would the D.O.C. have to say about two consenting adults? Like Belichick and his "muse," it's no one's business what they're up to as long as they're of age and free to make their own decisions. I don't have to agree with it, but the royal "we" don't get to choose who anyone loves.

    New DL: Omonode.

    Mediocrates! Eh, good enough.

    New DL: Omonode.

the next Dyron Russ or more recently Steve Richardson?. I'll never forget the year after Russ graduated, it was the fifth game of the 2000 season, just after we beat tOSU. We were 3-1 in the B1G (we lost to Purdue, who had some clown named Drew Brees at QB - I went down to that game to see him...

Hold out!! Tennessee QB Nico Iamaleava did not attend Tennessee spring practice today. He’s been in conversations with Tennessee about a new contract.

A very quick and unscientific check of the "source" of this information should put this to rest. According to the company that owns them: "For those not familiar with Old Row Sports, they’ve been compared to other male dominated sites like Total Frat Move and Bro Bible, among others." and...

Hold out!! Tennessee QB Nico Iamaleava did not attend Tennessee spring practice today. He’s been in conversations with Tennessee about a new contract.

I agree that this is unlikely to have come from him or his family. I know nothing about this kid and his family, but according to your post, are you not familiar with the Ball family of the NBA? Yes, there are people whose behavior goes way off the beaten path and who are convinced they are...

The Athletic: Big Ten post-spring QB outlook

Not young. His experience was a huge help. He handled an inconsistent line well, mostly by not panicking and getting rid of the ball. He learned that over four years in a program that developed him. Developing QBs has not been a hallmark of the Fleck era. Or the Kill Era. Or the Brewster Era.

The Athletic: Big Ten post-spring QB outlook

Hard to be a good QB, particularly when you're young, when you're running for your life the whole game, or the opposing team does not need to respect the run game

Minnesota quarterback Zach Pyron has entered the transfer portal as a grad transfer, @On3sports has learned.

Year 1 was rough, but PJ picked Rhoda to start the season. After the first three games, Rhoda went to shit, but Fleck rode him for another nearly 3 games of putrid big ten play before putting in Croft in the MSU game. He then did not take Croft out of the starting role, even though he should...

    Music & NIL

Two things that OSU has that Minnesota doesn't: 1) A desire to compete in sports vs. downplay sports 2) An administration willing to take steps to put something like this together. The faculty would riot. One thing that Minnesota has that OSU doesn't: 1) an AD that is as charismatic as drying...

College basketball’s most valuable teams (15. Minn $164M).

It makes more sense if you consider the approach. "The numbers are the product of a regular study conducted by Brewer, who begins his research with a simple question: What would these teams be worth if they could be bought and sold like a pro sports team? He answers it by studying revenues...

Bad Choices Department: Tulane quarterback arrested for possession of a stolen car, suspended

One of the places I lived, same thing My point is, no matter what he did, there may be a reason that has nothing to do with the truck he had being stolen. He may be a knucklehead, but he may have made a mistake vs. committed a crime. Whatever the case, we'll know the outcome on this sooner v...

Bad Choices Department: Tulane quarterback arrested for possession of a stolen car, suspended

Not saying that's ok, but that's a far smaller transgression than stealing a car. Maybe we should not jump to conclusions about information on the interwebs and let the legal process play out? Not that the legal process in this country is about right or wrong, but more about which lawyer can...
