The difference in speed, size, and strength between these teams and the gophers is frightening. I get the speed piece (that's why these guys were highly recruited in the first place), but I have a hard time understanding how much bigger and stronger these guys are. I suppose it's the same deal...

We have no "models" on this team. Every school gets fringe recruits that could be good, or could be not so good. These types of players need upper-classmen that can show them attitude (winning attitude; something doesn't go right, no sweat - still going to get it done), work ethic, and effort...

I had been assuming tomorrow's scrimmage was going to be like the spring scrimmages the last two years, and last year's fall scrimmage, which all had a bunch of kid activities going on - jumpers, face painting, football toss, opportunity to go on the field after for autographs, etc, etc...
