Peculiar game from Battle, she’s playing really fast like we are behind. Hopefully her second half better. So glad Mc Kinney came to play. Good to have the lead but Belmont can comeback. Had a lot of good shots not go in, keep shooting eventually they will fall.

Was brilliant putting Battle on Ejim at the end, made it difficult to catch the pass set and shoot. Been waiting for Battle to get double digit assist this year!

Gophers vs Gonzaga and some really head scratching calls

Ugh. Gophers are playing some very ugly basketball. Gonzaga defense is good but you can’t clank layups on the bottom of the back board.

Seemed to lose their composure in the second quarter. Appeared Gonzaga got more physical with the Gophers and the Gophers never adapted. Other than Tori and Battle, no one is on target. Hoping for adjustments second half.

Good god, now I find myself cheering for Iowa and Maryland which are not my favorite Big Ten Teams, but would like to see some conference team advance in the tournament.

Wow became too close but a gritty win! Now they should host Gonzaga, hopefully Coyle and administration don’t screw this up.
