Yeah Aimaq hurt his foot a month ago in practice. I think they said at the time that he wouldn't be ready until conference play.

Battle was obviously gassed in the 2nd half. All his shots were short, which points to tired legs. Now that he's cleared, gotta get his conditioning back up.

I make no excuses for this coaching staff, but I'm willing to see it play out instead of jumping off a bridge because of a point spread.

Not a very good comparison. Maryland's top three scorers this year are Mark Turgeon's recruits. Willard did add a couple impact transfers, but he retained some good players from last year.

In their defense, they played without two starters against Temple.

I would guess that the majority of those on GH that complain about Williams Arena tend to be in one of two groups... 1) younger Gopher fans and/or 2) NBA fans. The younger fans have truly never seen the Barn rocking like the 90s. Absolutely deafening. NBA fans are used to the no-character shiny...
