Carrington drew the tough defensive assignment on #32 who was incredible to watch. Had some fouls that put him on the bench in the second half.
I liked the up tempo play from the guards. Never saw any of that last year. Hawkins got everyone moving up the floor in the second half.
I haven’t seen a jet sweep or a lot of plays stretching the field from side to side. Spread the Hawkeye defense out and get BSF in the game plan down the middle
Just give them a chance to get on the court. It must be difficult to be so negative all the time. I am sure these kids are working their butts off to prove you wrong.
A much better season lies ahead. I expect a much improved team this fall. I am sure these kids are stinging from last years results. No better motivation than to prove what they are made of.
