Wisconsin has a lot of problems right now. It’s not going to get significantly better next year for them. The level to which their fans are already out of patience is stunning. It’s hard to find a sympathetic take out there at all.

I think a day is coming when the really good players are just too good to ever play at all. We’ll just have to imagine how much they dominate in our dreams.

That’s what makes it even more outrageous. It’s just baked into the equation at this point that they get more than everyone else and never pay their dues. We all just take it.

There’s no reason Boise should get bumped to #4. There doesn’t need to be any special exemptions for conference champions. That’s a relic of the Power-5 era.

Sitting out of bowl games never made any sense. If I’m evaluating talent for an NFL prospect and a guy lacks the competitiveness to want to play with his team in a bowl game I am definitely dropping him at least a round or two in my draft order. He obviously isn’t going to have what it takes...

The NFL is just going to eat the CFP’s lunch. This may sound crazy, but it is 100% true and there is no valid argument against it: College football needs to START their season in Mid-August and END the regular season before Thanksgiving. It makes no sense to continue the war against the NFL...

The CFP and NCAA can’t do anything to keep the AP from releasing their (bullshit) polls. It’s a free country. People are just suckers for paying attention to it and giving it any credibility.
