And we aren't tailgating, we are creating an autonomous zone on the east river flats for 6 hours before and after kick off.

Ohio State Shuts Down Workouts Due To COVID

Agreed it's wait and see time. Last 7 days deaths 4101, previous 7 3832, 7% increase, Not ready to call it a surge but it's cautionary.

Ohio State Shuts Down Workouts Due To COVID

June 24th transcript of podcast for Dr. Osterholm noting that in renconciling increasing cases and decreasing deaths lag time may play a role but given continued downward trend since April he isn't convinced how much that plays. Data is current and up to date to today on CDC website and World...

Ohio State Shuts Down Workouts Due To COVID

FIFY It's just not news to talk about this being on the decline, it's either an apocalypse, or it's not newsworthy. There are experts refuting this. There is evidence in death and hospitalization rates refuting this in Minnesota, nationally and in many countries around the world. Even Walz...

    All Things Movie/Documentary Reviews/Recommendations Thread

Couple of favorites. DARK which is complete now at season 3 and is dubbed from German. Time travel, parrallel worlds. Have to binge watch otherwise tracking characters at 3-4 different ages/time streams is a little tedious, thought the finale was decent. Really liked the documentary: The...

Reading between lines, expect fans to be present?

I had a restaurant require signing a waiver the other day. I think that is the norm now, but since they haven't issued tickets, maybe they can tie the waiver into the ticket process (i.e. read the online waiver and check the box before we will ship you tickets) I'd hate to see how long it...

Reading between lines, expect fans to be present?

Relatively flat in cases, trending down for hospitalizations and death. Fewer deaths per positive case sounds like it's weaker. The rest of the country trending up in cases sharply, also trending flat in hospitalizations and down in deaths. Sounds weaker. If this disease runs it's course...

Reading between lines, expect fans to be present?

I don't disagree with anything your saying other than it sounds like your moving the goal posts out to mid August and the fact that Taj was predicting it would be the optimists moving out the goal posts was why I started commenting in the first place.

And those kids were packing the bars in Hudson and Lacrosse just across the river for a few extra weeks on top of that because Wisconsin opened earlier. The chicken littles keep telling me, just wait, sky is falling any day now. Talk about moving goal posts.

Reading between lines, expect fans to be present?

I've got no problem continuing to wear masks and wearing them at games if required. Doesn't change the fact that nationally hospitalizations and deaths are continuing to trend down every week but people act like it's going in the opposite direction because cases are rising. Minnesota's been...

The best college towns in America, ranked by their local beer options (Iowa City, Des Moines and Fargo all listed)

I'd skip all the breweries in Iowa City and Ames and visit Toppling Goliath in Decorah IA. My favorite in Minneapolis is Pryes Brewing. Indeed is one of my favorite breweries to visit because it is in close proximity to Popul Vuh/Centro my favorite tacos. :) Schell's in New Ulm is the second...

    COVID-19 Ticket Policy

My guess is you announce a full refund is available IF the season is cancelled when your 99% sure the season is NOT cancelled. Might be wishful thinking on my part. :)
