Too often she just puts her head down and drives for the basket regardless of the situation. There was no attempt to swing the ball and get an open look for Mara or Gladwell or even Heyer. We should expect more from a point guard.

I agree totally. She's just like Taurasi. On offense, Taurasi elevated pushing off while driving to the basket to an art form. Like Taurasi, Clark's usually the aggressor, but acts the victim. Still, if she were a Gopher, I'd probably love her.

The player Heyer was guarding was scoring at will. She also dropped 2-3 passes that hit her right in the hands. Unusual game for her, as she's typically solid.
