if Lee develops into a rim protector…..look out. He and Bjerke could be an excellent duo for St. Thomas by the time they are upperclassmen.

Chatman showed the same skills…..would love to see them team up. They can both handle, pass, have great range, and are still developing! These are good guards who could improve (and will need to defensively) greatly. Future bigs will thrive with these two as teammates.

Carrington is part of a great team, still you could see that Wayzata was trying to take him away….and did a good job of it. He facilitated nicely, and showed absolute joy in the victory WITH his teammates. Culture is important moving forward and so is talent. He has both.

When you see Carlson go into the transfer portal.....please don't get excited. He's a dud, and our Ben knows it.

As I mentioned, Pitino took all Ben Johnson/in state recruits the year after the Jelly class. Not really. He didn't sabotage the program. It's his alma mater. He left the next year and it's not a coincidence.

Should have said….”took notice,” and began looking for another job. the unraveling….was with the local AAU programs. They did not appreciate the treachery.

One they will not consider is Ben Carlson when he leaves Madison.
