one way colleges and universities can save money. Do away with the red shirt year, the extra year for injury. Get 4 years to use up the eligibility, no excuses accepted. Will save app. 30 to 40 percent in scholarships.

One thing I hope evolves from this : athletes have only 4(yes 4) years to compete their eligibility. Like high school. Forget all the b.s. of transferring, red shirt, etc. You enroll at the U in 2025, after 2028 you are no longer eligible period, regardless. This is something the NCAA...

Rather than limit the # of 5 stars etc.. to level the playing field how about this system. If you win 15 games you get to scholarship 15 different players, if you win 13 games you get to scholarship 17 new players etc.. As in win only 3 games you get to scholarship 27 new players. Someone we...
