It also happens way too often. How have the players not figured this out yet? Complete stupidity.

This is exactly why if you have the opportunity to trade top prospects for proven players when you have a chance to win a championship, you do it every time.

Too many turnovers and bad defense tonight. The Wolves were hosed right before Luka's shot as well. Lively was clearly over Rudy's back on the rebound plus Dallas stepped out of bounds.

    All Things Weather

No really cold air in sight yet, but the storm pattern has turned much more active. Eastern MN through all of IA and WI should see 2-4"+ of rain over the next 10 days. I do think far eastern MN and western WI, including parts of the metro will see at least a coating of snow Thursday AM.

    My Big Ten Power Rankings

I think the rankings are about right. Who has Ohio St beat? Iowa is their best win. Penn St beat Illinois. Indiana made Nebraska look like a FCS team.

Stafford has been sacked 1 fewer times than Darnold this season. He also hasn't had anyone to throw to. I don't think that trade makes any sense either. Despite whatever happens this season, I would bet a lot of money that McCarthy is the starting QB week 1 next season.

That is not true. Naz has improved his defense every year, and was one of the better defenders in the rotation last year.

Reusse's take is laughable as usual. This team needs to play together with the new pieces. Not go 10-11-12 deep on night 1. Randle and Naz's inside D was horrible last night. They have proven they are much better than that in the past. Garza isn't the answer to improve the interior D. They were...

I'm a little surprised at the willingness to want to re-sign Darnold already, or thinking he is the answer for next year. He got off to a nice start, and his numbers look ok, but he has reverted to who Darnold normally is over the last 3 games. Does anyone have faith that he can drive the team...

*IF* The Gophers win out, do they make the playoffs?

I don't think they are because of their remaining schedule. Michigan still plays Oregon, Indiana, and Ohio St, who are all still in the conversation, with 2 being in the top 4. Wisconsin still plays Oregon and Penn St, both in the top 3.

I just think it's depth and coaching staff likes him. They could use a solid 3rd RB because this may not be Jones last injury. Only having Chandler behind him is not enough.

Great time for a Bye Week

They said he was a game time decision yesterday, so I think we will see him back after the bye.

    Koi Perich is the man

AWjr only had 1 sack, in his sophomore season, before he had 3 in his final season. Koi will definitely end up with sacks by the time he's done here. AWjr also only had 2 total interceptions through his first 3 years, then had 7 his SR year. Koi already has 4.

    2024 Postseason ⚾️ Thread

This sounds like my friend from Philly who swears they have it worse than Minnesota, yet the Eagles won the Super Bowl in 2017, and the Phillies won the title in 2008. Plus they have Villanova in college basketball.

All Things Christian Wiggins Recruitment Thread (Wayzata Guard, 2026)

Coyle is the most real AD MN has had in a long time. Football isn't having the same issues bball is and it's significantly easier to build a competitive bball program. They have enough money to be competitive today, and when a real coach makes them competitive again, they will have more money...

Mid level B1G teams, which the Gophers can and should be, don’t lose all of their good players every year. Some will leave every year, but plenty of good players stick around at solid programs.

Prove it with a link and data then. Wrong. Players stick around for a good coach and a good program.
