Are there any former gopher players coaching football right now? It would be nice to have some coaches that saw the U as an ultimate destination and not a stepping stone to more money. It seems to be working for the team to the east. They somehow have a Becky grad at just about every position...
Yes. Maybe I get too caught up with our neighbors to the east but I'd be lying if i said i wasn't a little jealous when i see them play LSU, Alabama, Notre Dame, etc. and playing games at Lambeau, Wrigley field, and Cowboy stadium.
Gotta love old white people telling minorities that they're overreacting to the adoration/normalization of people who called for and carried out the extermination of human beings because of the color of their skin/religion/sexuality.
Wanting to sit down and pick the brain of a man who ordered...
Rooting for the competition to lose talent? I don't get it. We have a weak non conference and fairly soft big10 schedule. I want those teams we play to be good. We shouldn't shy away from good competion. The days of being scared to play North Carolina are behind us.
Looking at the badgers recruiting from the last couple of years they are recruiting kids that are coming into college 6'7 or 6'8" 300lbs. It's not like they're recruiting undersized kids pumping them with roids and they double in size.
Has Iowa been using the same roid program for the past 20yrs? Theyve owned us while having pretty much the exact same recruit and develop record as UW.
Gotta start not only putting kids in the NFL but have those kids succeed in the nfl. We just dont have a lot of examples to point to in that regard like a WI or IOWA right now.
