  1. 2nd Degree Gopher

Shooter: Lindsey, Koi and Taylor could exceed $3 million for trio.

Why not just name him rather than give people a puzzle to solve? Oh that's right, it's because Shooter is a washed up old hack. (Spoiler alert--it's Dylan Ray.)

    Nick Rallis ?

You are required to give him the benefit of the doubt and a longer leash than he would otherwise receive. But that goodwill is not indefinite. State of Minnesota v. Lindsay Whalen (2023)

    Gophers vs. the SEC

There's only like two motels in Starkville, gotta plan ahead!

    Gophers vs. the SEC

I understand the point that you are trying to make about Starkville as a travel destination, but as the OP stated, this is the first time in history that Minnesota is visiting an SEC stadium (where we all know it just means more). I am going to do everything in my power to make the trip.

Honestly? It's not great, but it was a difficult time. Don't judge.

Official 2026 Roster Movement Thread - Who's In and Who's Out?

It appears that he played full seasons in each of his three years at Purdue (2022-24) and I don't think he played at all this year. If that's all correct, he could count 2025 as a redshirt year and he would still have one more year to play.

    Frank Bierman: Gopher TE

Never attended any of his personal appearances, but had many opportunities to buy a beer from him. In later years, he carried around personalized trading cards, although I believe those were mostly saved for the ladies. Once at a Saints game an inebriated young fellow was haranguing Wally...

2025-26 College Football Coach Fired/Hired Thread

Nominally, at a job that he had held for over 45 years. Not sure how that's relevant to the discussion of the likelihood of Penn State seeking to hire Ferentz or Ferentz wanting the job. He's in his 70s, he's coached at Iowa for decades, can stay as long as he likes and they would be asking...

He'll be 71 before the first game next fall. Can't imagine either party would be interested in that.

Who Do You Want To Play In A Bowl?

If his critics at Ole Miss are to be believed, Lane hasn't bothered to learn the players' names in years.

    Fan culture (students)

My kid, who is a life long Gopher fan but attends college elsewhere, went to the game on a student ticket Saturday. His group of about 20 high school friends was a mix of mostly U of M students, but also kids who were home for Thanksgiving break from whatever school they attend now. Many of...

All Things Minnesota at Oregon Road Game Thread

Really appreciate all of you insights in this thread, looking forward to getting on the plane and getting out to Oregon. Are both the Mo and PK Park accessible from inside the stadium perimeter? Put another way, are we able to visit those places after entering the stadium?

    LSU Madness

That's really just two sides of the same coin. The pre-nup endeavors to divide the property--whatever you keep, she doesn't get and vice versa.

    LSU Madness

Not trying to be cute, but the answer simply is because they can. When a big knocker like LSU is looking for a splashy hire, the pool of names that will satisfy the masses is really pretty small. Would Kelly have turned down the job without the "golden parachute" provision in the contract...

The deal is near finalized for #UCLA football to play its home games in SoFi Stadium.

And the Orange Bowl isn't in the Orange Bowl anymore. I do, however, think that the setting of the Rose Bowl in that stadium at that place on that day when a lot of the rest of the country is settling in for a few more months of winter is more important than any other game. The only other...
