Gophers fall on a walkoff errant throw after tying it with 2 in the top of the 9th. Not a good night at the plate, really struggled to put quality ABs together. Saw a lot of arms tonight and a lot of it was encouraging out of the bullpen.

Seemed like they did a good job extending ABs and really making the pitcher work this weekend often resulting in walks but you would know better seeing it. Could just be pitchers unable to find the zone.

It is 2026 every game should be available to see! Stats sure looked like a couple key transfers performed well in their initial appearances. Another triple from Ty Allen today as well and Easton Richter is off to quite the start.

Contribution from the entire lineup. Selvig struggled with command but was able to minimize damage when he was in trouble. Sperry pitched well and looked like the reliable guy he showed a lot of last season.

With the December transfer I'm not sure he would be eligible until next season, that could be a reason for not being on roster and instead at JUCO. Looks like he has already pitched once for Chandler-Gilbert. Could still be here next fall or maybe they tried to get him a waiver for this spring...

Jake Elbeery included, also looks like we have received another commitment today. Not sure if future class or another portal addition.

A step up? Yeah they are in Florida but their last tournament appearance was 2015 and this season was their first over .500 since 2017.

I do think they are looking to add at least another guy or two. I think Elbeery will be back and it is very likely that Vucinovich will sign and sounds like it had been trending that way the last couple weeks.

Yep Argento went through senior day this spring and the two JC pitchers both were injured early in their season this year and had to get surgery.
