Fleck doesn't seem to have a vast network of coaches willing to work with him. I'd guess there's a pretty good reason that many of his coaching hires came via Schiano recommendations. He knows Mo, Mo knows him. I'd assume he knew he was going to hire Mo the minute the other guy was gone.

Who cares? I'm far from a Fleck apologist, but I can't envision a better candidate than the program's all time leading rusher, who has coaching experience. He was the only logical choice. He's not an OC (yet).
