Also see Welsh-Ryan at Northwestern. Court should be turned 90 degrees, less seats but more room for concourses and concessions plus more seats between the baselines. Make capacity 10-11k you can have nice suites on both sides of the floor mid level(not the lofts).

ASU seems like it would be a great spot but always underperforms. Frieder couldn’t do it there and many others have failed.
