100% right. The bigger B1G gets, the more it becomes like NFL where most games are decided by 5 plays or less instead knowing before kickoff that you have no chance. Granted, it's still possible to understand that a team was a play away sometimes esp when there's things like advanced metrics...

I think this is great. PJ is reiterating to 18 19 yo kids that that always need to have awareness, understanding, don't get lose your focus. I always forget what I was like at 19 yo...I needed refocusing and reminders alot. He's identifying with the players on their level.
