I think that is the goal, but it takes time to build a culture. There will be expectations, but no players that have played under those expectations (to reinforce the message). So, I think the first year will have more structure, but it will get better the next year.

I actually wouldn't mind if Pitino came back to the U. His biggest problem was not filling out a team with enough depth. His teams always had large holes to fill when various starters could not play. He had so many players out of position and counted on walk-ons to start at times.
