The Summit rejected them back in 2020. I haven't heard anything that they've tried to get in since. Mankato obviously makes the most sense, but as a state school, I don't see the funding there now, if ever.

As a Gopher fan, this is awful. As someone who thinks Vikings fans are obnoxious twats, as bad as Packer fans or worse, I enjoyed Thursday's game.

I think there are a lot of people who don't live in these districts who don't realize that this is what youth/high school sports is now at this level and the money involved. And as I've been saying, it's the years-long investment in these sports that leads a lot of these athletes into dropping...

At large high schools, they're paying that for hockey, hoops and baseball with the hope the kid can make the high school team, much less play in college. Odds are they won't if they don't go through those systems. There are some really good players that won't come close to making a team at...
