I agree with you that as a rule shouldn't go conservative, but that wind was blowing hard in the third quarter and definitely was the reason for the end zone interception. IMHO

You're absolutely right. Don't judge the team solely on this game. Let's see how they respond. Especially the coaching staff since this one was on them.

Why did the Gophers lose? 1- The Bowling Green Defensive Coaching Staff thoroughly out coached our offensive coaching staff. We had no clue where their stunts and blitzes were coming from. 2- Made absolutely NO SENSE for Fleck to go for it on 4th and 1 from our own 29 WHEN leading...

One of my favorite combos. I hope I never see the Gophers wear black or anthracite again. But the uniforms that need to change are the cheerleaders and dance team. Full maroon is not very flattering. The tops should be white or the uniforms should be all white with gold and maroon trim.

And DUMBER. The U needs to keep him. There is more potential here than there has been in a long, long time.
